I watched East of Eden, the movie with James Dean. I loved it as a young man. But I must say that Dean's performance was not as interesting as I had remembered. I thought he was a rebel in the film, a kind of bad boy. Actually he's just a teenager trying to impress his old man.

Maybe Moby Dick had an infection.
