Frenetic

Ever since I can remember I have had a feeling of unease entering the USA. It has always seemed like a frenetic society. And then there are guns. Canada has always seemed more docile. Safer. Perhaps none of this is true. Perhaps it is just our mythologies. The pic here is from a childrens' story I wrote about fear. Fear of the unknown. Which is usually the unknown about ourselves. Maybe the world is dangerous everywhere.

Washroom Nightmare

In the night of the long knives, Hitler had all the leaders of the S.A. (brownshirts) assassinated. Many of them were sexual deviants and brutes. But they weren't killed because Hitler had qualms about their morals. They had become a threat to him and so they had to be dispensed. Power has no morals.

Katie en Temse

My daughter has arrived in Temse, Belgium. The King and Queen met her. The Prime Minister send a fax of welcome. Crowds packed the streets. People waved both the Belgium and Canadian flags. Media covered the affair.

A Disney Preview

I confess to not being part of the skateboarding world. But a friend of mine's son, Nick Genova has made some videos that are outstanding. Oh to be young again...
He's also made this wonderful video called Death of the Obsolete.
Hey Walt. Wake up!
